In Year 1, 2 cardigans and a P.E. kit have gone missing. Please check that your child has not picked up someone else’s items instead of their own and return any to school as soon as possible. Thank you.
All of next week is ‘Looking After Ourselves’ week at Stead Lane and the children will be taking part in various activities so will need their full P.E. kit every day, suitable for indoors and outdoors. We are always trying to encourage the children to eat healthily and next week will be awarding the healthiest packed lunch with a prize. We have various leaflets to share with parents/carers and these will be displayed every day at 3.00pm in the hall.

We had great fun at the Blue Reef Aquarium in Tynemouth. We looked at all of the different types of sea life - some big and some small then we went to the touch pool and were able to feel a starfish and a crab! After eating our lunch outside we went onto Tynemouth beach and looked for rocks and shells.
