Does your child ride a bike with stabilisers? Would they like to ride without stabilisers? If the answer to these questions is yes, then why not get them to take part in an exciting 'Get off Stabilisers Day' on Thursday 11th of November at the school? Richard Rothwell, the school's Sustrans Bike It Officer will be there with some simple tricks to make ditching the stabilisers easy and fun! The session will last about one hour, starting at 3.00pm and is in the school yard.
If you would like your child to attend, please remove their stabilisers before the event. However, if you are unable to do this, please come anyway and Richard will do this for you. Please also note; this event is not for children who can already ride without stabilisers-it is for children wanting to learn to ride without them. We would like you to be there too, to help and support your child and the other children taking part. Please complete the reply slip below if you would like to attend and don't forget your child's bike!
