FAREWELL MRS O'CONNOR, WELCOME BACK MRS MALLIN!
It is with great sadness that we will be saying farewell to Mrs O'Connor shortly after the Easter holidays. Mrs O'Connor has been with us now for just over two years, covering a number of maternity leaves. As Mrs Mallin, our Assistant Headteacher, has now returned to school, she will be teaching Year 3 for the summer term. Mrs O'Connor's contract officially ends on April 30th, so you will still see her around school for a couple more weeks, however Mrs Mallin will move immediately into Year 3 after the holidays to ensure continuity with new topics. We shall all miss Mrs O'Connor and wish her all the best in her future career.
ANTI-BULLYING PARENT WORKSHOP
Just a reminder that Rhona Wilson, Behaviour and Attendance Consultant for Northumberland County Council will be running a short workshop on Monday 29th March, 2.00-3.00pm. Parents will have the opportunity to find out about the events their children will be participating in during our Anti-Bullying Week and contribute their own ideas to our new anti-bullying policy. To help us plan and resource this event, we would be grateful if you could inform the school office if you intend attending. Thank you.

Tickets can be reserved at the school office and they will be distributed to your child just before the fair begins. Please note: only children who purchase a ticket and have an accompanying adult will be allowed to enjoy the fair - unfortunately children without an adult will stay in class and not take any part. Tickets will not be available on the day of the fair as numbers need to be organised in advance. We hope to see you all there.
SPRING FAIR APPEAL
During our Spring Fair we will have a toy and book stall, bric-a-brac stall, tombola, raffles for adults and children and a cake stall. If you could donate to any of these stalls it would be greatly appreciated.
