RECEPTION VISIT TO THE CAT & DOG SHELTER

YEAR 3 & 4 RESIDENTIAL TRIP
We would like to offer our children in Year 3 and Year 4 the opportunity to visit Robinwood Activity Centre for 3 days in June. For further details please ask a member of staff.
YEAR 2 GYMNASTICS
Our Year 2 children have been invited to take part in a gymnastics morning on Thursday 28th January. Please call at the school office for more information.
CHALLENGER TREAT
Our Challenger house won last term's merit award race and therefore have earned a treat which will be a trip to Bounce Soft Play Area in Blyth. Your child will soon receive a consent slip which must be completed and returned to school as soon as possible.
HEAD LICE
Can we please bring to your attention how important it is to check your child's hair regularly for head lice. We have had reported cases in our school this week so please check your child's hair thoroughly and treat any found before your child returns. Thank you for your continued cooperation in this matter.
MIISSING ITEMS
One left black Clarks shoe, size 8F with 1 velcro leather strap has gone missing from our Reception class, your child may have taken it by mistake so please check all shoes and swap it if found. Thank you.
We also are missing a blue and white striped scarf in Nursery, please check your child has not taken it home by mistake and return it to a member of staff if found. Thank you.
'TOP OF THE CLASS' BULBS
Our school is taking part in the 'Top of the Class' scheme to try and boost our school funds. For every pack of bulbs you buy, school gets a donation so please browse through the leaflet (available from the school office) and send any orders and payment into school before Friday 12th February 2010. Thank you.
FLORA COOKING WITH SCHOOLS TOKENS
We are once again collecting tokens from Flora products to buy cooking equipment for our school. Please either register your tokens online or hand them into school and we will do it for you.
