MONDAY FOOTBALL CLUB
Qualified football coaches are to take over training in our after school football club so this club will now be held on a Wednesday night starting Wednesday 11th November (no club on Monday 9th). If your child cannot make it to the club on a Wednesday please let us know as soon as possible.
SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHER
The school photographer is re-scheduled for Tuesday 10th November 2009. Prior arrangements remain the same ie; parents who wish for younger/older siblings to be photographed together must come to school at 8.30am - first come first served basis.
YEAR 4 VISIT TO HATTON GALLERY & SEVEN STORIES
We have arranged a visit to the Hatton gallery & Seven Stories for our Year 4 children on Friday 13th November. Please call at the school office for information.
ECO COFFEE AFTERNOON
All parents and friends of Stead Lane are invited to our 'Eco Coffee Afternoon' on Wednesday 11th November at 2.15pm. There will be no charge for coffee, but donations are welcome to go towards sponsoring our tiger in Bengal.
This will be a great opportunity to view samples of children's work on display around school and meet Lorna Blenkinsop, Waste Education & Recycling Officer, to talk about our Eco-Start Project.
NURSERY APPEAL
Our Nursery would welcome any boys trousers sized 2-3 and 3-4 years. Please hand any to a member of staff. Thank you.
SHOE BOX APPEAL
Please remember that the shoe boxes for the Samaritan's Purse Appeal must be handed into school on or before Friday 20th November 2009. Thank you.
ROAD WORKS
We have been asked by Northumberland County Council to inform you that road works will be taking place on the main road outside of our school commencing on Wednesday 11th November. Please do not park on the main road during this time and expect delays. Thank you for your cooperation.
