PARKING
Thank you to those parents who have respected our request not to drive onto school property. Please can we remind you to take care when parking outside of school, not to park on the yellow zig-zag lines outside the gate, or where you will block access for local residents.
LOST UNIFORM
One of our Year 1 pupils has lost her cardigan. It is from Matalan and has her name in. Could you please check any uniform your child has at home incase they have taken it by mistake. Thank you.
YEAR 2 FAMILY ASSEMBLY
Please note that Year 2 family assembly will be held at 9.10am on Friday 18th July 2008 not Thursday 17th July as we stated on previous newsletters. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
CYCLE CLUB
Our after school cycling club is now finished so children who would normally attend need to be collected at 3pm.
UNIFORM ORDER
Mrs Burn will soon be sending off orders for new uniform. If you would like to purchase any items for your child, please complete an order form (available from the office).

RECEPTION ASSEMBLY
Our Reception children are holding their family assembly on Thursday 3rd July at 9.10am. Any family members are welcome to attend. We hope to see you there.
STEPPING STONES
Our Stepping Stones reading group will be held, as usual, this Tuesday 1st July, please meet at school at 1.45pm.
SUMMER FAIR & DISCO
We are holding a Summer Fair on Friday 11th July from 5.00 – 7.00pm. There will be lots of activities to enjoy including treasure map, can the cans, hoopla, penalty shootout (weather permitting), child & adult raffles, tombola, second hand stall, cake stall, refreshments plus lots more including a disco in the hall. Tickets will be on sale at the school office from Monday 30th July at a cost of £1.50 per child under 13 and accompanying adults are free. The ticket price covers the cost of the disco, as at Christmas there will be an additional small charge for stalls and activities.
SUMMER FAIR APPEAL
As we have just informed you above, we have lots of stalls to organize for our Summer Fair. If you can support any of our stalls by donating raffle prizes, second hand toys & books, bric-a-brac or cakes please hand them to any member of staff. Thank you.
YEAR 3 APPEAL
Year 3 require cereal boxes for their craft topic. Please hand any you may have to a member of staff. Thank you.
STARS IN THEIR EYES
Our annual Stars in their Eyes event will be held on Tuesday 15th July. Tickets for the event cost £1.50 and will be available at the office from Monday 30th July. Please buy early to avoid disappointment as this is a very popular event.
