Several cases of head lice have been reported in school this week. Could we please remind parents to be extra vigilant and regularly check their child’s hair.
YEAR 4 TRIP TO RISING SUN COUNTRY PARK
This trip takes place on Monday 4th February. If your child has not yet returned their reply slip, please do so as soon as possible as we cannot take them out of school without your consent.
NURSERY ACTIVITY MORNING
Due to unforeseen circumstances the date for the Nursery Family Activity Morning / Afternoon has changed. It will now be held on Tuesday 5th February at 10.00am for morning children and 2.00pm for afternoon children. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please return the attached reply slip.

Year 4 children need small, clear plastic bottles with lids for their Family Activity Morning on Wednesday 6th February. Anyone who has any please send them in. Thank you.
BAG 2 SCHOOL COLLECTION
Please remember our school funds benefit from the weight of our collection, so please clean out those cupboards!! As outlined on last week’s newsletter, due to a lack of storage space and for health and safety reasons, the bags cannot be returned to school until the date of the collection which is Tuesday 5th February 2008. On this day there will be an area in the main car park where you can leave your bags, please do not hand them to staff in school.
VALENTINE DISCO
We are holding a disco for the children on Thursday 14th February from 5.30 – 7.00pm. Tickets cost £1.50 and will be on sale from Monday 4th February from the school office. There will be refreshments and stalls during the event for a small charge.
